webgl is working for me with the parabola v78.4 build -
according to these test pages:

neither of those test pages work with librejs - does anyone know
of an example which does?

both of those pages initially reported that the browser supports
webgl, but that it was in the disabled state - indeed, the
webgl.disabled key was initially disabled - after enabling it,
both of those pages confirm that it is working

presumably, there is some difference in the compile options - i
suppose it should be discussed, which behavior to favor upstream
