User-agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0.2) Gecko/20030208 Netscape/7.02

Here are the results I get from running ulimit -ac:

core file size (blocks)     0
data seg size (kbytes)      unlimited
file size (blocks)          unlimited
max locked memory (kbytes)  unlimited
max memory size (kbytes)    unlimited
open files                  1024
pipe size (512 bytes)       8
stack size (kbytes)         8192
cpu time (seconds)          unlimited
max user processes          2047
virtual memory (kbytes)     unlimited

Does this imply that the system can't product core files?  I was sure it has create core files before.

Now when I run the program I get a segmentation fault without any core
dump.

Did you verify that ulimit is allowing a core to be written? Other than
that I have no ideas, sorry.
