[Help-gsl] Opening gzipped ps file

I have tried to open the gzipped manual using gunzip on a
linux system, a unix system, and with winzip.  all 3 claim
the documentation is corrupted, eg,

unix> gunzip gsl-ref.ps.gz

gunzip: gsl-ref.ps.gz: not in gzip format

if this is the case, can a fresh copy be placed on the
GSL web page....
