[Help-gsl] Build using MKS tool for Windows

Dear Sir:
  Would you let me know how I can build GSL using MKS toolkit for windows XP? I 
have tried to run the configure file using the C shell and it did not work. In 
particular, I have to make many changes and ended up with one error message 
like: 

LINK : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _mainCRTStartup
foo.exe : fatal error LNK1120: 1 unresolved externals

  Can I generate the .lib or .dll file in Windows in a straightforward way?
