[Help-gsl] Find all the relative maximum/minimum of a function

Hello,
Is there a GSL function to find all the relative/local maximum/minimum 
of a fonction within an interval [a,b] ?
Or to find all the zeroes of a function (its derivative) within the same 
interval ?
