Hi,I wish to know if there is way to use something along the lines of `gsl_set_error_handler_off()` as in here: https://www.gnu.org/software/gsl/manual/html_node/Error-Reporting-Examples.html, but at compile time (for example writing a preprocessor macro).
The reason for it is that I'm writing a function to be called by python, so I don't have a `main()` I wish to avoid the `abort` when an error occurs.
