Heh. The canonical URL for GNU AGPL is
<http://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.html>, not <https:...> [0]. The same is
for other GNU licences.
(FWIW, if you would like to say, that this is neither obvious nor
well-grounded, and should be fixed in a way that both are recognized, I agree
with you.)
