Request to spin off New Version of libtasn1 package to support ppc64le

Hi,

I am working on a new architecture (OpenPower - ppc64le) and downloaded the 
libtasn1 package from

http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/libtasn1/libtasn1-3.4.tar.gz  but it doesn't have 
ppc64le changes.

As configure, config.guess files are generated by outdated libtool.

New alpha Libtool version is available that has all changes required to support 
package building on ppc64le.
Stable version will be available by mid to late Jan'14. Can you please build 
your package with this alpha libtool to make package ppc64le compatible.

You can pick up the libtool alpha release from either of the below :
