That's why I said:

Change your definitions to something like this:
addPathData.cpp: ../include/evSysDep.h ../include/evutil.h [...] ;
(not trailing semicolon), or maybe this:
addPathData.cpp: ../include/evSysDep.h ../include/evutil.h [...]
