Help on clock skew

Hi, there:

I alway met the warning message while I modified a file in my directory.

make: warning:  Clock skew detected.  Your build may be incomplete.
--------------------------------------------------------------------

I even disabled the sub-second detect while compiling "make", but
the problem is still there. Does anybody tell me what should I do
now?
