Patch: --just-targets

Hello all,

Here is a patch I made. It adds the option -x or --just-targets. It
surpresses normal output and just prints the names of the targets as
they are completed. I find it useful because I use gentoo and it
greatly reduces the ammount of output scrolling on the screen.

Does anyone find this useful? Be nice, this is my first patch ever.
