Well, that depends on what you want to do.
You could just list them all directly:
byprice.cgi: $(BOOKPROG) $(DEFCODE) u40.lst u60.lst u100.lst u500.lst
Then, inside the command script, you can do something like $(filter %.lst,$<)
to get all the .lst files that were in the prerequisites list.
