remove_explicit_deps in pattern_search() in implicit.c

Hi,

remove_explicit_deps variable appears to be unused. It is set to 0 in 
two places and it appears in 'if' - which, I assume, is always false 
therefore. I guess it could be removed completely, the code in 
pattern_search() is rather magic even without it ;)
