Hello! Brian Dessent came up with the answer. You can see it here: http://www.nabble.com/Clock-Skew-problem-under-Windows-to17676587.html#a17678008 It's simply a limitation of the FAT file system whose granularity on time is 2 seconds. When running the build from an NTFS drive, I no longer get the error message.
