How can I tell if the installation of gnu make, on linuz box, has been
compiled and installed with the -l option activated?
I'm running with a -l 3.0 on a dual processor machine but only getting 1 job
running at a time. Top reveals that the load average is @ 1.2.
Is there some environment variable I need to set to get this to function
correctly?
