MCSim: NDoses specification

Nota bene: the list of times in NDoses must begin with the starting time of the 
simulation (typically zero, 
unless you have changed it with StartTime), even if the magnitude at that time 
is zero.
For example, to specify a peak of 1 mg/L for 1 minute starting after 100 
minutes you should specify :

NDoses (3, 0, 1, 0, 0, 100, 101);

and not:

NDoses (2, 1, 0, 100, 101);
