I Try to apply the patch using the command:
patch -p1 __bodquist__ __bodquist__.patch
and the output was:
patching file __bodquist__
Hunk #1 FAILED at 19.
Hunk #2 FAILED at 43.
2 out of 2 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file __bodquist__.rej
