Hi,
On cygwin, when I have Octave write a file using 'fopen', 'fprintf,
and 'fclose', I usually get the written file as '-rw-r--r--'.
Is there any way to setup Octave to write files as '-rw-rw-rw-' or '-
rwxrwxrwx'?
Thank you.
