Sorry for the previous incomplete message...
I downloaded smalltalk-2.0i and compiled with
./configure && make
It failed to compile, because libgst/interp.h is in
DOS format and it caused gcc to reject a multiline
#define.
I opened it with vim, changed the format with ":se
ff=unix", ran make again, and this time it did
compile.
