[Help-smalltalk] modules could not be loaded

Did this:
   gst -qsK Load.st -a TCP Regex

then started image
   gst

Object: DLD error: modules ('tcp' 'regex' ) could not be loaded.

SystemExceptions.CInterfaceError class(Exception class)>>#signal:
DLD class>>#update:
[] in ObjectMemory class(Object)>>#changed:
OrderedCollection(SequenceableCollection)>>#do:
ObjectMemory class(Object)>>#changed:
GNU Smalltalk ready

Maybe I missed something during configuration or install?
Any suggestions on what maybe wrong?

(Smalltalk-2.1.8 on Gentoo Linux - was working fine)
