Top Node

Hello texinfo guys,

I'm using info (version GNU texinfo 4.1) and upon starting
it complains about the lack of the "Top" node. The exact
error message is:

address@hidden info
info: Cannot find node `Top'.

Is there any way to regenerate this node? Or is it available
in the source distribution?

Please enlighten me.
