As far as I know, it is planned that eventually makeinfo uses
@documentlanguage to determine the language of e.g. "See" in @xref.
I think that makeinfo used to read to locale as a provisional
solution. In my Makefile it says
LANG=de ; makeinfo --html ...
However, this doesn't seem to work anymore. How do I get a German
"Siehe" instead of "See"?
