Gabor, maybe it could be useful to you: this is the output I have for the network exemple I send in the first mail.
> coesive<-cohesive.blocks(MPLEXaprile2004, verbose=TRUE) Branch 0: 2-cohesive; 41(40) vertices; 1 sub-branches, (0 complete); Branch 1: 3-cohesive; 40(37) vertices; 1 sub-branches, (0 complete); Branch 2: 4-cohesive; 37(35) vertices; 1 sub-branches, (0 complete); Branch 3: 5-cohesive; 35(32) vertices; 1 sub-branches, (0 complete); Branch 4: 6-cohesive; 32(30) vertices; 1 sub-branches, (0 complete); Branch 5: 9-cohesive; 30(28) vertices; 1 sub-branches, (0 complete); Branch 6: 11-cohesive; 28(26) vertices; 1 sub-branches, (0 complete); Branch 7: 14-cohesive; 26(21) vertices; and now nothing more happens... I don't know.. best regards, simone Il giorno 30/gen/08, alle ore 13:21, Gabor Csardi ha scritto:
Simone, i'll look at the network in the evening. In the meanwhile you might try to use the 'verbose=TRUE' argument to get a hint about what it is doing.... I have no clue what's happening, I receive no error message from R thanks for your help, simone this is one of the "incriminated" network (.net format):[...] -- Csardi Gabor <address@hidden> UNIL DGM _______________________________________________ igraph-help mailing list address@hidden http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/igraph-help
