How can I plot vertices of different degree with different sizes? (the
higher the bigger)
You can set the vertex sizes via either passing a list as the value of
the vertex_size keyword argument of plot(), or using the "size"
attribute of the vertices:
g=Graph.GRG(100, 0.2)
plot(g, vertex_size=g.degree())
OR
g=Graph.GRG(100, 0.2)
g.vs["size"] = g.degree()
plot(g)
