[igraph] bootstrap problem

Hello,

I just fetched a fresh copy of igraph 0.7.1 on cygwin and noticed bootstrap problems specifically with

 

`automake --add-missing --copy`

 

The first few lines of output are below. Noticed also mix of AC_INIT and AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE in configure.ac

I was upgrading from 0.7.0 to look at louvain-igraph
