Hi all.

The lastest CVS tries to connect to "alsa_pcm:out_x" which don't exist with
recent cvs versions of jack; the names changed.  Apparently, clients shouldn't
connect using names anyhow, but by detecting the JackPortIsPhysical flag.  A
patch to sort this out is attached. It doesn't error out if it can't connect
either which, imho, is the right thing to do.
