Hi
Finally we have solved the problem.While the groups
and permissions were changed,the permissions to
/dev/null got changed(don't know how) and no one had
rw access to it and so we were getting that error.
I didn't know users should have these permissions to
this file in order to execute cvs commands remotely.
Still I guess CVS 1.11 would have given a better error
message.So I will upgrade anyway.
