I'm surprised because we have a policy of code that is being checked in must
be better, not worse. It must compile (C, etc), render correctly (HTML,
etc). Does this not cause a lot of going through the code making sure there
are no bad code? Has there ever been cases of code being shipped for
building, with these conflict tags in it?
