Please, don't!  People rely on fgrep to display a diagostic and exit
with a status code >1 in the presence of -S on the command line.
Publishing this change will totally break the world.  It's not designed
to operate way.  I don't like it, and anyone who's stupid enough to need
such a feature should use something else.
