Now I done the same procedure with import-option -W "*.frm -k 'b'" and
re-checked-out the same frm-file. The same error occurs....
A cvs-log-command of the file shows following:

As you can see above the keyword-substr. is correct!
How does -k 'b' store the files in the repository? I think that CVS should
not modify any bit of the file with that import-option, or not?!
