You will notice in the header of the message that came from the list
that your ISP, net4india.com, is hosted on by a system that is an
open mail relay. This is part of the SPAM problem.

You can help to stop this SPAM by trying to convince net4india.com to
close the open relay. I don't know how you would do this, but you
could start with your local system manager.
