You can also use the Cygwin port of SSH. It works well -- all you have to
do is point WinCVS to the cygwin's SSH.
I followed Patrick Reagan's guide at
https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=10072&release_id=7660
7 and got it working in no time.
But I guess installing Cygwin "just" for ssh might be a bit of an overkill.
