Hi,I have a bunch of projects I currently work on (Tex files, cpp files...) that I will place in a local cvsroot. I work on GNU/Linux at home and also at work. I know that it can be possible to copy the complete $CVSROOT tree on a media storage and copy it back to the new place. Is it safe to do that this way? I guess yes since I have a postgresql server running several databases on my machine, and just saving the data directory is needed to restaure it after an upgrade. I'd like to be sure that cvs doesn't do extra work on repositories.
Thanks for the tips. Jacques
