D'oh. I hadn't thought of that. Maybe the tag mover could look
for files that are 1) dead on the trunk, 2) not added on a branch,
3) still have the tag; and then remove the tag from those files.
Not so easy to do from a sandbox from which the file has been
removed.
Well, it wasn't my requirement so I'm still ok ;-)
