This list has very little knowledge of CVSNT and WinCVS. Your best bet
is to find a way to access those groups.
BTW, there is no need to post to both the mail list
(address@hidden) and the newsgroup (gnu.cvs.help) - messages posted
to one are automatically forwarded to the other, and if you post to both
you end up with duplicate posts.
