Dear CVS-friedns, I would like to add and commit binary and executable files to my cvs system. How can I do that with Tortoise-CVS ?
When you add files and want to commit them, you'll be presented to a menu where you can either select or deselect files to add. There you can also tell cvs whether it's a text or a binary file. It automatically chooses *.txt as text and *.pdf, *.exe, *.dat etc as binary.
