If you are using a 'CVSROOT/taginfo' file with logging for tag
operations, then you are in luck. Otherwise, if they removed the
tag via a 'cvs rtag' command, you may have information in your
history file depending on the CVSROOT/config you have for the
LogHistory attribute.
