newbie question

I am new to cvs.  I am trying to download files from:
http://cvs.openacs.org/cvs/openacs-4/packages/s5/

I have downloaded tortoisecvs.  I tried to put that url in the cvsroot, as
well as tring http://cvs.openacs.org.  I'm not sure what to put to get to
the files.
