Greetings Ola Theander,
Doing a 'cvs add foldername' will immediately create the a new
'foldername' directory in the repository regardless of the branch
in which you were operating.
Users on the main trunk will see these new directories if they checkout
a new tree or if they do a 'cvs update -d' unless they specify the -P
option to prune empty directories.
New files added to a branch are only visible on the branch on which they
were added.
Enjoy!
