This is not the newsgroup for TortoiseCVS. TortoiseCVS also uses the
CVSNT client by default, which this is also not the newsgroup for.
As Spiro suggested: go to http://www.tortoisecvs.org/support.shtml and
follow the instructions at how to join the newsgroup.
