The representative from Hollywood wants to create an online corporate
vigilante posse to wipe out peer-to-peer file sharing.

Howard Berman (D-CA) plans to introduce a bill to authorize copyright
holders to use malicious denial of service attacks against users of
services like Morpheus and Kazaa to prevent copyrighted works from being
shared.
