Broadcast Flag back again

Read EFF's report[1] about the most recent attempt by the MPAA and RIAA
to get the Broadcast Flag passed, without a hearing.

Please let your representatives know that you are opposed to the
measure.

Public Knowledge has some suggestions[2] for how to make your voice
heard.
