Dear all,

During the last year, some Gnuastro-related videos have been made, and placed on public video sharing services. I am happy to say that links to them are now available on the top Gnuastro webpage (more will be added when made):

http://www.gnu.org/software/gnuastro/#videos

In particular, NoiseChisel users may enjoy the video below, where I go deep into every processing step of the modern NoiseChisel in a 1.5 hour share-screen, hands-on session:

NoiseChisel has greatly improved since the 2015 paper! Updates until version 0.10 (two years ago) are available in https://arxiv.org/abs/1909.11230 .

For those who are new to Gnuastro in general, this video should help in getting a good start (two IAC PhD students at the time, Raul Infante-Sainz and Joseph Putko help me to introduce many of the programs):

There are three other relevant videos in IAC Short Meetings on Astro Computing Knowledge (SMACK) video series that may also be interesting for early users to help get more comfortable with the command-line (all their links are also on the webpage):

Best wishes,
Mohammad
