Thanks for your tips. My .newrc* files are up to date, and I'm
exiting gnus correctly each time.
Still no avail. Anyone else have any suggestions?
BTW, nil and 'nil are essentially equivalent, since there is a
variable called nil whose value is 'nil. The same is true for 't and
t.
