Hello Kurt,
I think you can do like this :
("INBOX.SomeMailbox" "^From:.*avendor)
("INBOX.SomeMailbox" "^Subject:.*Order Confirmation")
I don't know if gnus parse line by line or the full message.
So maybe it's not possible to match newline...
