debian cvs snapshot and missing gpg key

hi,

i use debian, and i've added to my /etc/apt/sources.list the line:

deb http://people.debian.org/~srivasta packages/

to get the cvs snapshots of gnus, but apt complains:
NO_PUBKEY 1162FF325688622F

i've installed debian-keyring, and all the packages containing keyring
in the name, but the key is still missing; and it's not even available
at keyservers.


is there a way to obtain that key?
