Does that mean you are pointing your Gnus to a Dovecot account or
to a Maildir source from offlineimap ?
I am doing the later and all I have to do to synchronize my Sent
items is to tell Gnus to send a copy of my Sent message to a
nnmailrdir folder, -i.e.:
Gcc: nnmaildir+maillard.mobi:Sent
And that's all.
