ok, I think I found my mistake. In my ~/.gnus.el I've got:
(defun my-message-mode-setup ()
(setq fill-column 72)
(setq left-margin 2)
(turn-on-auto-fill))
While the header was generated I think that the (setq left-margin 2) was
adding two spaces _before_ X-Draft-blah so there weren't recognized as a
header part... Without the (setq left-margin 2) it's working now properly.
