I experimented with this again, and it's a bit more complicated. With
single-part uuencoded files and "X u" Gnus reports having saved the
file, but the file is not there. With multipart messages Gnus reports to
have saved 0 files.

Remove all garbage from header email address when replying, or just
use firstname.lastname@syk.fi .
