This is a small release, just aimed at making the website build
properly.

        * lily/slur.cc (set_extremities): robustness fixes for
          #'attachment.

        * scripts/lilypond-book.py (bounding_box_dimensions): bugfix.

        * ly/params-init.ly (blotdiameter): use unit for blotdiameter,
          set
        at 0.4 pt.

        * tex/feta*.tex: remove.

        * stepmake/aclocal.m4: remove stepmake symlink. It confuses
          almost
        all software dealing with it.

        * mf/GNUmakefile (lilypond.map): Don't prepend TeX to font
          name
        (this fixes pdf output).  Drop awk dependency.

        * scripts/ly2dvi.py (ly_paper_to_latexpaper): Assume
          LilyPond's
        dimensions (linewidth) are in mm.

        * mf/GNUmakefile (depth): Always allow manual access to pfa
          target.

        * tex/lily-ps-defs.tex: scaletounit using PT/IN==72.

        * lily/slur.cc (get_attachment): Bugfix: correct for stem
          thickness.
